Im replacing my stock pickups in a epiphone les paul standard with the "SH-PG1 Pearly Gates " and the Alnico II Pro pickups. This a good combo?

Not bad at all. Any duncan pup will sound better over the epi stocks. IMO'96 MIM Fender Strat: nck-APS1 + mid-APS1 Alnc II Pro Stg RwRp + brdg-Lil '59
