Installing SD JB SH4 trembucker on Stratocaster

Hi,
This is my first time on the forum. I would really appreciate if someone could help me with a question about installing a pickup.
I want to install Seymour Duncan JB SH4 Trembucker into the bridge position of my Strat. The middle and neck pickups will remain Fender stock single coils.
My question is, do I need to reverse the hot and ground wires on the SD pickup when I solder it in the guitar?
I'm asking because I know SD pickups have opposite polarity than Fender. I also know that hot and ground wires on SD single coil pickups need to be swapped when combining them with Fender stock ones, but I don't know if that applies to humbuckers as well.
Thanks very much for help and responses in advance.

I think that you will have to reverse for the pickups to be in phase in position 2.

Welcome to the forum!
Yes, reverse the green and black wires on your JB. Bare still goes to ground. I think the only SD pickup that is in phase with modern Fenders is the Antiquity Texas Hot.
