Philadelphia Luthier supply has a variety of them. Raw nickel, polished, chrome, black, pretty much whatever you need. Although there is more sizes than just trembucker and “normal”. They sell them by pole spacing. I forget what SD uses.

I also recently bought a set of cheap chrome covers off of fleabay from China. Dirt cheap, fit perfectly, and so far are holding up fine. It’s been over a year. Some guys say they can hear the difference between raw nickel and these cheapo ones. I can’t. I think I paid as much for shipping as I did for the covers. Way cheaper than many others I’ve seen and do the same job.
