  • Anyone have experience with the Stack vintage tele pickups?

Can someone give me a description of how these sound (besides the fact they're noiseless)? Are they slightly overwound wounding? More of a vintage sound? Are they super bright? Less bright than standard tele style pups? Thanks.

They sound like good vintage telecaster pickups without the home. They don’t have the ice peak. They’re pretty smooth yet they have a nice crispness and twang to them. If you go to YouTube and look up any Brent Mason video, with him playing his 68 Telecaster, except for his hot licks video which was made too early (that's a 5-2 on that video), you’re hearing the Duncan vintage stack.
