I would like to use a DPDT on/off/on switch to do phase reversal with a dummy coil. I would like the center off position to remove the dummy coil from the system. Will this diagram work?

Re: Dummy Coil Wiring
I see what it is now. When you do a search for the blender mod it brings up the wrong image for the first one which is vol/tone/tone. The second image is for the vol/t one/blender.

Re: Dummy Coil Wiring
I have a SSL-5 in the bridge 13k, a Fender 54 middle 6k and a SSL-2 neck 6K. The dummy coil is 7K. Is there anything I can do with a mini trim pot to match the neck and middle positions better?

Re: Dummy Coil Wiring
Ernie Ball uses an active dummy coil in their Silent Circuit, and that coil looks like 10 dimes stacked on top of each other. I never took it apart, but it is dead silent, though.Administrator of the SDUGF
