  • Help about P90 installation

Hey everyone! this is my first post
I recently bought an epiphone SG and am changing the pickups. I am a long time player and just wanted a project for a week or so. And once its done I'll have an excellent guitar to play
Its a white epiphone sg 310.
I bought a seymour duncan invader that i am installing into the bridge
i also bought a sd p-90 for the neck slot.
only thing is, how do i mount it to the guitar/pickguard?
i have no problems with the wiring, just the actual mounting.
    any help would be great
    thank you all!!
    Tom

    Re: Help about P90 installation

P90s usually mount straight to the guitar with 2 long screws through the middle of the pickup, I'm not sure if you can get that in there?

You could always get a Phat Cat (a P90 in a HB sized cover), that'd work.
"What frequency are you getting? Is it noise or sweet, sweet music?"

No worries, I noticed you are new BTW, welcome to the forum!

You might end up with a bit of a gap around the edge of the pickup though.
