  • PG with ceramic?

    Going to try to make a custom/PG hybrid, hope PG ceramic isn't super harsh or anything. Anyone try the PG with a ceramic magnet before?

    oh wow, i really think it will be quite harsh. A PG2 is too harsh for me, a PG+ is WAY too harsh for me, and a PG Ceramic will probably peel your face off.

      If you're going for a ton of clarity or have a really dull, dark guitar, it might work out well.

        The ceramic magnet is going to sound horrible in that pickup......
