Custom-Custom and EVH Pole Piece Heights

Does anyone know the factory bridge pole piece to string height for all six strings on an EVH guitar fretted at the 22nd fret? I know the pickup is hard-mounted to the body but there is some adjustability with the pickup pole pieces. I have found a couple of references to only the high and low E but nothing about the ADGB strings. I have a Custom-Custom in my Strat and currently have the pole pieces all adjusted to be equal to the fretboard 12" radius. The two Fender single coil pickups are both flat profile and not the vintage staggered.

I use a Custom Custom, too. It is probably my favorite bridge pickup. I started the pickup really close to the strings, where it sounded pretty bad, and gradually backed it off until it opened up. The poles follow the radius (for me), and I don't hear any balance issues.
