SA-3SC Acoustic pickup

New here. I have an SA-3SC and when using it the B string is VERY loud compared to all other strings no matter how I position the pickup. What might be wrong?

Welcome to the forum. That's a tough question. Unlike the Woody XL, the Woody doesn't have individual adjustable pole pieces. Could you maybe drop the "B" string gauge down a step or two?

I haven't heard of this issue before, but if the smaller B string doesn't work, I would assume something is wrong. Make sure to call Seymour Duncan directly if there is still an issue.
