  • Changing bridge Pickup in a PRS Santana SE

I want to change the bridge pickup in my PRS santana se, I love a creamy rock sound that can clean up, and that dosent get muddy on the low bass strings. I love the sound of the guitars on albums such as sum 41, and the darkness. I dont intend on changing the neck pickup i like its warmth, what pickup do you recommend? If a neck pickup was needed also what would you recommend to go with it. I was thinking of a SH5 Duncan Custom to put in the bridge.
    PRS McCarty (59n, 59b)
    1990 Fender Strat Japan (SSL-1, SSL-1, APS-1)

    Orange Dual Terror Head
    Blackstar HT-5
    2 Fender 12" Cabs with Celestion G12H30, Vintage 30
    Vox Pathfiinder 15R

I suggest you listen to some clips of pickups, there's a whole forum dedicated to them, and there are alot of clips on www.toneninja.net and http://artists.iuma.com/IUMA/Bands/Forum_Music/

The custom doesn't seem like a bad idea, but certianly don't rule out other pickups.
