  • 2 Phat Cat P90s + 1 Volume + 1 Tone + 3-way Toggle

I'm working through only my 2nd scratch build and my choice of hardware has me running up against a combination that seems to have troubled many. While I see lots of posts and answers from the past, many of the links to suggested wire diagrams are dead. Can anyone out there help this newb figure out how to wire this combo? Thanks

    Welcome to the forum!

It would essentially be this one, but instead of 4 wires coming off of the pickups, you have a braided shield and an inner 'hot' wire. The inner wire goes to the switch, while the outer shield goes to ground.

Edit: sorry, slow posting from my phone.

This one should work. Only yours are single conductor, so you will ground the braided shields, and connect the conductors to the switch.
