JB-what? Help identifying an 80s JB

Hi All, could you please help with identifying the winder of this 80s JB?
please see the photo. It doesn’t look like JBJ, JBL, JBG, or JBM. So, I’m out of ideas.

JBJ - The line on the top is just a mark of stamp surrounds.
