Duckbucker with G&L bridge pickup…

Hello. I’m wiring a guitar for a friend. It’s a USA G&L Legacy with a bridge humbucker. He put a Duckbucker in the middle position, wired in parallel. Anyway, are G&L pickups, by default, out of phase with Duncans? B+M is definitely out of phase.

What are my options to get the two pickups back in phase? Thanks.

I’m thinking if I reverse ground and hot on the G&L, I will be good?
