I don't like the arctic white of the new stuf so I'm partial to slightly aged white (not cream, I think most common term is Parchment)

        Agree with the above, aged/parchment.

Parchment, but also a scalloped neck.

Neck is going to be scalloped.

I'm not getting a parchment pickguard

              I am getting DMZ HS3's

I am assuming by Parchment you DO NOT mean cream like Les Paul pickup ring colors.

No, not cream. Parchment, off-white. DiMarzio calls it Aged-White.

BUT, if you're not going to change the pickguard or the rest of the plastics, get white.

I always kind of liked the slight contrast of aged with totally white pick guard. Sets things off a touch. Could get aged white knobs too. In fact, I have a Kramer Strat like that....

Easy enough to get new covers if I don't like it. But I see what you are saying.

I don't think this looks bad at all.

No, it doesn't. Maybe a little more aging than what the DiMarzio aged-white would be but still not bad.

                        Another vote for parchment.

Edit: You stated pickup covers. My vote for the covers would be aged white.

I’m changing the pickguard on my Strat to parchment (stock) and the knobs to aged white knobs. I think the aged white offsets the parchment. Adds a little more detail.

Cream. Then go play some Swlabr.
