  • WIRING DIAGRAM

Have been looking at the stock DTDP on-on-on switch wiring which gives series coil cut and parallel for a single humbucker.

Presumably one could run a jumper wirefrom the "other" HB to the switch so this was aso cut when coil cut and parallel options engaged.

The simple answer is: nope. It won't work. All the coils would be "on" and interacting with each other, all the time. And, in a weird and unusual way.

It might sound interesting, but it isn't likely to be what you really want.

Many thanks for that Artie. Just an idea I had. I now will study the wiring in a bit more detail to see the issues.

You might as well remove the pickup selector switch because both pups would be on all the time.

Agree. Seems no way to take this any further.
