5 way wiring diagram with coil split

Im looking for a diagram that has 2 humbuckers and coil split in positions 2 and 4. Seems like it would be common but it isnt.
Also, does this diagram even work? seems like something is off and it doesnt work correctly. ive wired hundreds of guitars and something is just off on this diagram.
Are there supposed to be jumpers on the switch?

I've always used push/pulls so I'm no expert but everything seems to add up. It's going to depend exactly how your blade switch works though. But it looks like the selector will switch between the full humbucker (black wire) and the south pickup of your humbucker (red/white)

Edit: the more I'm looking at it the more I'm confused. I would think you'd need a second grounded pin but I don't know...
