  • Help with wiring pickups to a Ibanez VLX91 Superswitch please

Would anyone know how I can possibly wire up 2 Kinman single coils (2 conductor) + a SD SH-1B 59 to an Ibanez VLX91 Super switch?

    Position 1: Bridge Humbucker
Position 2: Middle SC + Split Bridge Humbucker
    Position 3: Middle SC
    Position 4: Neck + Middle
    Position 5: Neck

Can't seem to be able to locate the information online and would greatly appreciate help. Thanks!

does your 59b have 4 conductor wiring? if not, you cannot split that pup

It's a typical 4-pole 5-way super switch. If everything you have is 2-conductor, you can't split the 59, so you would just get normal B-B+M-M-M+N-N out of it. Almost be easier and better off with a normal Fender 5-way, unless it doesn't fit in the cavity.

You could still do it with a plain Fender/CRL 5-way, if it fits in the guitar cavity (you didn't say what guitar this was).

          left sideof switch
          1 - bridge hot
          2 - middle hot
          3 - neck hot
          C - volume control

          right side of switch
          C - ground
          1 - [empty]
          2 - bridge red+white
          3 - [empty]
