Ahh so wait, do i soulder the red and white wires to the back of the volume knob? like the other pickups are? and then the black wire goes to the pickup selecter switch is what you say?

Re: Which wires go where with my HOT RAILS?!?

No solder the red and white together and tape the the joint, so that the signal flows from the red wire to the white wire. After soldring it tape it with insulation tape, so that it does not touch anything else. The GREEN and Bare wire should be soldered to the back of the pot.. and black wire is your output.

ok one last question lol, this is my first time installing a pickup. the black wire goes to the output? what is the output? is that the pickup selecter switch? and if not, shouldnt SOMETHING go to the pickup selecter switch?

hmmm you are replacing the bridge pick up right? where was the stock pickup connected to ? the switch or a pot? Connect it in the same way.

The black will go to the same lug on the selector switch that your previous bridge pickup went. Green and bare get soldered to ground, which is commonly the back of the volume pot. Red and white get soldered together and insulated. This assumes you have a master volume control and the switch is bewteen the pot and the pickup, which is typical for strat-type guitars.
