I paid for 2 guitars: a Strat w/ Strap Loks, Strap, & HSC. DID NOT receive the Strap Loks or Strap. And an ESP EC-300 which I did NOT receive at all.

3 weeks gone by, no response to PMs or emails.

well, another update on my whole beandip fiasco, where he received $60 US from me and I received nothing. After a hell of a long time, he finally did reply to one of my many PM's a few weeks back.

That really sucks, bro. Sounds like for some people, lying, cheating and stealing are their only forms of currency. I hope this gets resolved, but I'd be steaming mad, just as you are.

He did, but the dude contacted him a few weeks ago and reopened it, promising to send money! Who does that!??

As one of my favorite people (not sarcasm) once said, "Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice, well, you're not gonna fool me again."

That said, it's not Fender Fan's fault, by any stretch. It's not like he asked and the dude said "sure I'll pay you." The guy came out of the blue after how ever many months, and just said "here's the deal, I'm sorry, I'll send you money." There's reasons not to believe that, sure, but it takes a LOT of balls to apologize again, a year later, and say you'll send money, and ditch it again.

I doubt Fender Fan really expected that money this time either, but it's still his right to come on here and tell everybody. He's *darn* right!

Can't be banned, even if proven. The administration shouldn't have to get involved.

However, since the Trading Post is for you to deal at your own risk, this Bad Trader thread is a reference to weed out these people.

In other words, as long as they're not disobeying forum rules (porn, derogatory comments, etc), they have posting privileges.
