  • FT Distortion for Fuzz

I've a got a Krank Distortus Maximus that has sick amounts of gain, way more than I'd ever need. Great pedal, solid build but just not for me.
Looking for a fuzz. Maybe something like a Duncan Tweak Fuzz, one of the Dunlop Fuzz Faces or the MXR 108 Fuzz.

I recently sent back an MXR 108 Fuzz, it didn't really do it for me. I found the position on the board was critical and when I turned the volume down on my guitar the fuzz went from on to off, no gradual reduction. I could only get a good tone if the Fuzz was at maximum.

I'm considering the Tweak Fuzz as I have been really impressed with my Twin Tube Classic and the demos have shown it has a lot more to offer than the MXR 108.
