DiMarzio DP100 Super Distortion - $60
Double black coils, 4-conductor version. Thick lows and mids and smooth treble combine with a high output ceramic magnet to make this one of the most famous aftermarket pickups ever - used by Ace Frehley, Randy Rhoads, Al Di Meola, Dave Murray and Adrian Smith. This pickup is about 10 years old now, and is a bit worn. The the tops of the bobbins are a bit scuffed up. Other than that, there is no damage to the pickup. Works flawlessly, and has about 7 inches of lead wire, plenty for a bridge pickup installation.
I'm looking for a nice neck pickup, in zebra. Not a Jazz model. A '59 or a Pearly Gates would be nice, but I'm open to anything that can complement a high output bridge pickup but still have some soul without getting too muddy.
