I am the original owner. Bought it in 1995 ... I have the receipt and it's posted in the pics.
Comes with the Control One foot controller.
The 2101 only spent a little time in a rack - most of the time on a desk or in it's original box.
Includes:
GSP 2101
- original box
- original manual
- original power cable
Control One
- original box
- original midi-type cable (20 feet or so)
Currently the firmware is 3.00.00.a.
The unit has a new LiIon battery in it.
The tubes were changed a couple of times since I've had it. It now has 2 Russian 12AX7 tubes that have been in there for a couple of years.

Those pics were from a few years ago. Check the ebay link for newer pics. It also states the firmware is 2.01.01.a, but it's been upgraded since.
The only issue with this 2101 is the input jack on the rear does not work. There's one on the front, so I never saw a reason to fix it, but I suspect either the jack is dead or the wire that runs from the front to the rear jack has loosened. Everything else works.
Price doesn't include shipping.
