Here's something I found recently, bought impulsively, and never used because I have too many other amps lying around. It's a Gibson G100A 2x12 100w amp, and the best-sounding solid state amp I've ever heard. I've had a few people ask me what tubes are in it after they hear it and nobody believes its solidstate until they look in the back. It is LOUD and it stays clean, delivering a very BB King-type jazz tone with my Les Paul Custom plugged straight in. I threw a few pedals in the front and it ate them for breakfast... sounded awesome! As far as I can tell, everything is completely stock and functioning normally. A big part of me wants to keep it, replace the speakers (so I don't blow the stock vintage ones) and use it as an emergency back-up amp in case my Twin Reverb goes down... but if you're interested, I only want $200 for it. I could also be interested in trades for cool pedals or something. Thanks for looking.
