  • FS: Epiphone Les Paul 2010 Tribute - blackburst

Epiphone Les Paul 2010 Tribute model. This is a ridiculously nice guitar, never mind the price point. It absolutely out-plays many Gibsons that I've picked up recently, and sounds just as good. You would have to spend several times as much to get a Gibson of this quality.

This is not your average Epi Les Paul -

These come with an asymmetrical neck contour, Gibson 57 Classic and 57 Classic Plus pickups, locking tuners, a long neck tenon, upgraded electronics and caps, push/pull coil split on the tone knobs, a full sized maple cap, a beautiful hard shell case, and a gorgeous transparent gray/black finish over plain maple top.

This guitar is in very good / excellent condition, with no issues beyond mild pick swirls. Everything works and sounds fantastic.

$OLD shipped and paypal'd. Lots of transactions at TGP as david(j), ebay as gypsyfireman, 7string.org as chewpac.

Please PM any questions / interest / offers.

I've got one of these and it is to die for. Plays like a Les Paul should; low, fast action. Someone will get a nice axe.
        My songs....enjoy! (hopefully )

Have any additional pics? Any fret wear?

I'll see if I can get some additional pics later today/tomorrow.

              Fret wear is minimal.

They no longer have the asymmetrical neck carve. They have a horribly flat, thin D Neck. Very un Gibson like.

I have one of the more recent ones. As said, no long has the asym neck.. Darn shame. BUT... Still an amazing guitar! Regardless of the brand name. I love mine. I have a trans black one. Plays and sounds great! And, has several upgrades from a regular EPI. Has push pull pots to split pups, has Gibson 57 Classic and 57 Classic plus pickups. ( I bought mine for a mule to put my Suhr Aldrich in, but I cant bring myself to pull the stock pickups). Has Mallory caps, Switchcraft 3 way, Grover keys. And is supposed to come with Epi straplocks.. Mine didnt for some reason, but I got a great deal and use Dunlops anyhow. The neck is slim taper, so it is comfy and fast. I dont like fat necks.
If I had the money, Id LOVE to grab another one in BLue! The price is good and as I said, they already have some nice upgrades. The Gibson pickups alone would set you back around $150

                              More details:
