Both in mint condition.
Only small thing about the Mesa is that one of the plastic brackets in back that hold the basket broke off (this is how I got it). Basket still connects and it has no issues what so ever.
Mesa comes with slip cover and of course foots witch. Fryette comes with foot switch too.
