Ash body, 3-piece maple neck, MOP dot inlays, brass side dots, fully operational battle station.
Has some finish wear under the pickups, but no major damage. Bought several years ago from a guy in California who claimed to use it with The Doors (or what's left of them). Shipped it to me in an Anvil flight case with tape over the latches and a label taped to the front.
Plays like butter, most balanced-sounding bass I've ever owned.
I can't tell if the pickups are active or if it's just passive on a circuit board, but there are 2 9v in it. Could be 18v, could be one for the pickups and one for the circuit. Either way, it's a fantastic bass, it's just that I have 5 basses and 29 guitars
