1962 GIBSON MELODY MAKER

For your viewing pleasure, we have a 1962 Gibson Melody Maker.

I believe this to be all original....no breaks or repairs. Medium/chunky neck. Wide low frets on a Brazilian rosewood board..

Comes with the original case....not very protective, but that's vintage....lol

The original cherry finish has faded to a deep reddish brown. Its super light!!!

A really fun guitar to play and in great condition for its age!!!

I have been informed that this is a refin.

I was going to comment that I didn’t think they started the Cherry until ‘64. Still, a beautiful guitar. Nice job on the refinish. Great old Mahogany guitars for what was considered a starter guitar back then.
