  • FS: 1980 G&L L-1000 BASS

    1980 was the 1st year of production. It plays great ,Looks good and comes

      I gotta warn you tho, Shipping cost to Europe are outragous!
      A guy in Madrid, Spain was interested in it. UPS Quoted me a
      price of $246 to ship there.

        Thats CRAZY! Try USPS international shipping...I bet the cost drops to 1/3 of what UPS said...maybe even lower!

          This is 48'' w/o packing. I guess i could try FedX ?

            USPS is definitely the cheapest way to ship internationally. As long as you meet the country's restrictions, Air Mail Parcel Post is pretty cheap.

              They pulled that one time with me...you can pay a little extra for "oversized" packages...maybe you could try that.

                It's a bolt-on, right? Could you break it down for shipping? I'd go with USPS as well.
