I have a 1967 Gibson SG. This guitar probably started its life out as a junior. It now has 3P 90 pick ups!
The original Polaris white finish has been stripped off and it was clear coated over, judging by the look of the clearcoat, this was done many many years ago. The frets are very low, the nut has been modified and could probably stand to be replaced although it does play just fine the way it is. The neck is a narrow D shape. there are no repairs, no cracks, no breaks! It has multiple scratches, dents, dings, and plenty of honest playwear.
All three potentiometers date to 1967.
Original tuners were swapped out for Schaller tuners at some point.
The bridge is in adjustable tone pros.
It comes with the original Gibson case.
This baby has incredible tone! And if you’re into fretless wonder frets, you’re gonna love this guitar!
