Hey guys,
I never thought I would be doing this, but I'm selling my Ibanez (JS1000BP). I just got a PRS McCarty and I hav to pay for some of what that guitar cost me. Killer sounding axe, but my hands are just too large for the thin neck.
Ibanez JS1000BP (Prestige Ibanez)
Maple JS neck carve, rosewood fretboard
6105 Dunlo[p jumbo frets
25.5 inch scale neck, bolt-on design
Black Pearl finish
Dimarzio FRED in bridge and PAF Pro in Neck
One volume and one tone
Volume: Hi-Pass filter
Tone: Coil Tap
3 way switch
Low Pro Edge bridge
All hardware is in black.
Distorted: well balanced tone/out put between both buckers. FRED offers a lot of harmonics, articulation and has a wah like tonal quality in higher registries. Can do metal pretty well but works best for hard rock and blues or lead work for metal.
The PAF is thick and works great with high gain, I find it more articulate than the Air Norton.
Clean: PAF Pro sounds amazing, thick and present but with right amount of high end. Sounds even better with coil tap, awesome for blues!
I can get a lot of Joe's tone with this guitar through almost any amp. It saddens me to let it go, but I must!
Asking for $800.00, shipped! I will have pictures up ASAP!
