Here's a clip from my new Ibanez guitar and Tech 21 amp. There's a coupe of flaws but I don't have a lot of time to make it perfect these days - the only song in there:

The clip lacks a bass part... I sometime write one with my guitar but I didn't have the time on this one.

This will also give you an idea of what you can do with the Custom SH-5 pickup. This is my favorite Seymour Duncan pickup... I'm still wondring if I'll try an A2 magnet and make it a CC... I did not like the CC in my LP-type guitar... and I like the Custom so much that I don't think I want it any other way.

This clip is part of a longer song in progress... unfortunately, I'm a pretty bad singer, so even though I come up with a melody, I can never finish my songs because of this... so I let the guitar do the talkin'

Thanks guys... well, actually, this clip was done with the Behringer Ultra G direct box between the Tech 21 and the sound card, and as you can see if you compare with my other recordings, the sound is thinner, brighter and lacks some thickness. I completely solved the problem by removing the direct box, which is useless since the Tech 21 amp as one built-in.

This is just a simple chord progression I recorded to show the tone of the Tech 21 amp, and has it turned out, it was not a good example because of the direct box.

I'll post some other files soon... from my personal bits & pieces.This is a lot more frightening than simply recording a solo. There are recordings that I'm really emotionnally bound to simply because they show melodies I wrote when I was 17, 20 years ago! Being trashed on these will break my heart
