  • Crank It Up

This is a new one against a backing track of unknown origin ... I don't know where I got it. I'd be glad to give credit if I find out ... it's kicking. Probably one of you guys ... let me know.

    Line up:
    • Left - G&L Legacy w/58-58-61 Dimarzio Areas (middle pickup only)
    • Right - Washburn WI66 Gold Top w/Lollars for slide
    • Vocals - just made a few words to have some fun - Shure 58
    • Amp - Brown Note D'Lite 22/33 2x10 Emi + 1x12 G-1265 (parallel)
    • e609 mics on both speaker cabs
    • Bluetube mic preamp

I almost never use the middle pickup on the Legacy ... I had fun with this.

That was slick! I love your laid back jazzy blues feel.....reminded me of Steve Gaines a bit.

Thanks guys ... this is the stuff my old 70s rock band cut it's teeth on ... I still miss doing it. The slide is on a a Washburn Gold Top w/ Lollar P90s. It's a lot of fun to play. I like being able to use the 1-3-5 postions on the Legacy too. It's the middle pickup rolled off to about 4 on the tone.

              Some fun was had ...
