dunno about this particular one, but I've read several reviews that said boss's digital recorder manuals are like trying to read instructions for flying the space shuttle, except in broken engrish you can barely understand.
I guess there's the main screen and like a million subscreens that you can sort of get lost in, so in order to do some things, you need to page through to find stuff, which I guess is tedious.
I almost bought a boss unit, until I learned about the complicated nature of them and the fact they don't record in WAV, but in a compressed/lossier format.
the 128 card it comes with probably enables the recording of a 3 minute song with like 4 tracks.
