Re: Sevendust....
And just think. That's old as hell. They got better with age.

Re: Sevendust....
One of the most intense live shows I've ever seen and some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.If you just read a post by The Guy Who Invented Fire please understand that opinions change, mind sets change and as players our ears mature...not to mention our needs grow and change. With that in mind, today I may or may not agree with the post you just read!

Re: Sevendust....
My drummer, Rick Shelton, toured with them when he was with Dust For Life. He said they were incredibly tight, and I don't doubt it. I'm a blues-rock kinda guy, but you can just *feel the ferocity* with these guys. Very cool stuff...."One other thing... I think it rips through your clothes when it takes you over...."

They were one of my favorite live bands. I remember seeing them at a small local venue less than a week after Lajon's brother passed away and there was a lot of emotion up on that stage. It was one of the most amazing shows I've ever seen and I've seen a lot of acts.
These guys are the real deal; one of the few genuinely good hard rock bands out there. The band is tight as hell, Lajon has one of the strongest voices in hard rock history and they're one of the few groups that truly appreciate their fans and give it their all.Originally posted by kevlar3000I learned a long time ago that the only thing that mattered regarding tone was what my ears thought.Originally posted by ZerberusBetter is often the enemy of goodOriginally posted by ginormousCovers feed the body, originals feed the soul.

Re: Sevendust....
i dig em! i always forget about them.. I keep confusing them with that band that Sully Erna is in... my bad...Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.
