  • Redid the drums in a couple of my blues songs

So for Christmas I got a couple more Toontack EZ Drummer expansion drumkits. EZ Drummer is the best sounding programmed drums I've heard so for.

So since I had time off between the holidays, I spent a day or so replacing the rather stiff-sounding drum patterns I had used on a few tunes I had online with EZ Drummer grooves and kits. What a difference!! The songs went from sounding pretty stiff to grooving. I used the Americana kit and the Classic kit on these blues songs. I got the Metal Machine kit and the Drumkit From Hell, but haven't used those in a song yet.

    The blues tunes:
    Low Rise Jeans
    Older Woman Blues

...and a jazz/blues song inspired by Robben Ford:
    Still Employed
"Just like bad gas, they (metal riffs) sneak out every once in a while."
Jah Paul Jo - Dread Zeppelin

Good stuff - enjoyed your playing! Good laugh at the lyrics too (Low Rise Jeans)...
