  • Nude and Crude Seth Bridge

I put some JJ tubes in my amp so I wanted to check them out.

Apart from the first few bars, the rest of the clip is a Seth Bridge with a bit of crunchy gain and amp reverb.

    thanks for listening.

              I loved it!

Hey listen where did you learn to play fast like that? You have this Steely Dan thing going on! Another thing is: How do you time your runs this good? where did you learn that stuff from and how?

Thanks you guys, "raw" tones can be sweet sometimes.

Frantic Rock: Larry Carlton used to play in Steely Dan and he is one of my favourite player and one of the most famous 335 users on earth. My timing: I don't really know. I am self taught and haven't really taken many lessons except a few basic ones when I began playing. I don't use a metronome, I just play over tracks. Playing fast: when I was a teenager, I practised the guitar in front of the tv for hours. That helped. I stopped playing for 12 years and it didn't take me long to get back into shape. I don't practise a lot these days. I just play and record and post stuff here.

I am not that fast. There are some shred boys out there who are mind boggling. I do tend to pick all the notes however and avoid hammer-ons.
