Awww man, Soundcloud is blocked where I am.

What did you change in the OD-1? Do you have the dual opamp version or the quad? I love that pedal stock.

The clippers and it is 4558 dual
And alittle in the in and output filters....took just bit wee to much bottom out...even on my big Hiwatt it got just alittle bit too tiny, same amount of dirt though...and did not use much here either
That is the cool thing about this old one....left its signature tone as it is...more or less

        Re: Modded Boss OD-1

I wish Boss would reissue that one. But, until they do, I don't mind modding a SD-1 to OD-1 specs. Figured it out just by comparing schematics and making notes. Done it to a few of them now with good results.

Used an OD-1 and SD-1 in spades when I gigged with my now long gone 67 AC-30
Could always send it into a nice feedback without much gain....all in the middle there
I keep my old Boss pedals around..

I haven't used my SD-1 in quite a while. Not using any pedals really these days. Just a delay out front that I use on a few leads here and there. I mess with them at home more than I do with the band..LOL.

Dammit Niels, your backing tracks are always so good. Nice chops you have in this one. Great sound!
