There is a fun Kramer "idol" contest at the Kramer forum site that I thought I would submit an original for - so I put this song together.

Its all Kramer Pacer.....sometimes I dork around with other guitars but for the competition I though I would keep it pure...haha. To give credit where it is due - I have been doing a Soul course from Truefire and I mashed up about 3 of the licks that I really like for the main riff. Drumming is from the Eric Harland loop loft tracks.

As always - lots of fun to play and write!

Thanks for kind words....funny though I am not sure which song you guys heard. I put up an old crappy recording from the 80s with vocals on it called "Pain" which would come up first if you clicked the link (fixed that now)

I listened to quite a few of those tunes (incl. the one you posted) ..really funky & well played stuff. Killer tones too..

Thanks again - funny, I am not sure why but I have been really drawn to Soul music lately - there is some great tunes out there. One of my favs is Al Green's "I'm a Ram"
