Don't know what kind of critique your looking for, but:

-Guitars need tightening up, especially noticeable when the harmony's come in
-Needs some context! No drums, bass, or vocals etc...hard to tell. I think if you tracked with even a simple drum loop in the background it would tighten things up as well.

Sounds like a decent start.

The timing and tuning is way out but I can kind of imagine it sounding like Iron Maiden.
