I am so very happy that this album is now complete! It was a pleasure collaborating with Freddy Krumins on this one, he's a killer singer and does great, super-fast work.
This is the final song for my upcoming syntwave concept album, The Rise Of CY.R.U.S. This song tells about what happens to the human resistance (spoiler -- they get crushed by CY.R.U.S; another spoiler -- they have another plan, which will be the subject of the next album).
I am very pleased with the arrangement on this one; I rarely have songs with such sparse instrumentation. The piano was performed by me but reamped by a recording engineer in England so I could use a really nice piano sample. Everything else is either my Moog Mother-32, Yamaha TX7, or Roland JV1080. Drums are a Roland DR-550 MkII.
I think the mix will still need a few tweaks before I am ready to put a fork in this one, but this is pretty much complete.
