BIAS, Mesa-Boogie, John Sykes & Tone Matching

    Speaking of Mr. Sykes...

    Here's a clip I did maybe 3 years ago. It's a rough sketch, but I always come back to it as it is the start
    of my Sykes Whitesnake Boogie tone project (unfinished of course).

    So what this is is Positive Grid's BIAS set to the Boogie IIc+ amp emu; with a little EQ tweaking, verb, delay on solo.

    Carvin guitar used the SD Custom (didn't have a Dirty Fingers).

    The backing track isn't the greatest but I plowed through. Basically L and R (doubled) rhythm track with solo track down C.

    I've kept the settings and someday will fine tune things... BIAS does an incredible job here!
