  • Another Eminence Wizard clip.

I just did this tonight, I went for a room mic instead of a close to cone thing and I think it captures more of what I hear when I am playing. Using my old Valco PA head loaded with the very cool TAD 6l6 tubes, Strat and Weber Mass. The bottom end on this amp is amazing. Extremely full, but not hard or thick. It just loves a Strat in the neck pos.

Try this, click on the somg Tad and Remy.

Man glad it is finally working...

As I get more time on this speaker it is really sitting nicely. I gave it a dose of fabric softener the other night and it is so much warmer now.

Has any one tried the Canabis Rex? I am real curious about that speaker and no, not because you can smoke it!

Hey Kev, I tried the Cannibus Rex in my Peavey Classic 30. The OD channel on the C30 can be rather spikey and the Rex did a nice job of calming it down somewhat. I also noticed how it seemed to fatten up the high end of things, as it was very noticable when playing my Tele. Not a bright sounding speaker but it seemed to have great lows and the mids were there but not brashey. Loved the clip too. Your funk playing is great as always!!

Tell me about it!! The damn CD is mastered but I am just waiting on the full cover to be done. It is very close, but being done for free my patience is a must. I guess the good thing is that if it would have been done when it was supposed to be it would have been out a year ago.... By now I would have to start another, lol now I can delay that process for just a bit.

Thanks for checking out the clip!!
