Nice to hear a stick in use again - I used to love Tony Levin's stuff with Gabriel and King Crimson. Your guitar sounds are really nice - the clean is equally as good as the dirty sound. I am looking forward to the country stuff as well.

Hey guys! Thanks for spicing things up a bit. I never thought Kevin had much of a Hetfield thing goin' on, but its cool to hear that. "Take My Hand" was influenced by David Gilmour's delay rhythm techniques, always loved the sound of that. The lead is pretty much a tribute to Richie Blackmore. Some "Made In Japan" madness mixed with "King of Dreams," and also some influence from the theme song to "Dirty Harry."

Whoa! That's some rippin' tone there! Sounds like the Soldano is made to tear heads sonically. I thought that solo was absolutely crushing, awesome!

thats asa close to metallica as you can gte, but to me it sounded a bit more like megadeth as far as the singing and guitar goes. very kick ass!

The Chapman Stick is pretty interesting. A picture's worth a thousand words:

Peter Gabriel's bass player uses one a lot. Bassy but percussive. Everything's played by tapping the notes. We were influenced by a Dallas band called Ten Hands when they came to Memphis one night. Very cool.
