  • Rock-Fusion with Gibson LP Custom

This was played and recorded by a good friend of mine using his 1989 Gibson Les Paul Custom. FX are TC Electronics G-Major. Hughes & Kettner Access preamp into a computer soundcard.

He'd really appreciate some feedback, I'll forward your comments to him.

    Thanks!

i really like the tone. it sounds like its well done. hes got some good chops too. hes using primarily the neck pickup right? are they the stock pickups? im thinking the last part is the bridge pickup. that tone too is well done. not over trebly and harsh. its a nice smooth sound. i really like his playing here, its really expressive.

Great tone, great playing; hate the snare drum.

Yeah, he's got a pretty cheesy drum machine.

The drums are too loud IMO... And yes, the snare is annoying!

The playing and tone are pretty cool!

I hope it is the same clip...drums are ok for and the snare, too.

The clip was badass!!! Kudos...perhaps he could join the board? Sounds like a phantastic player. Tone kicked
