    what are the main differences?

does the Pinch-harmonic still let the original note/pitch sound addition to the created pitch, while others not?

Artificial and pinch harmonics are essentially describing the same thing.j

      Natural harmonics occur at specific locations (e.g., 5th, 7th, 12th, 19th frets).

Artificial harmonics occur "artificially." That is, you play them at the same distances mentioned above from the fretted note. For example, if you fret a note on the 5th fret, you would get the 5th fret harmonic at the 10th fret.
