    OK, since Marin asked how much warmth was due to my tweed Deluxe amp in my other clips, I made a few with my Blues Deluxe:
    tele with Antiquities/ Blues Junior

    (at the bottom of the page)

    if I get ambitious, I'll do some sooner or later with my Deluxe Reverb RI - that's probably a lot more common combination of amp & guitar

    That's a sweet rig Curly. I like the warmth of those pickups. I really like your riffing on the bridge on this one.. comes together very nicely with the tone.

      yeah, since I got a tele, I found I like playing punchy chords on the bridge with a little tone rolled off ... even better with a little distortion - great rock n roll rhythm tone!

          to be honest, i like this tone a lot better than the tweed tone......

          and that neck tone is one of my favorite blues tones ive heard in a while, maybe ever!

            Nice clips Curly. I agree with Stevo some really nice playing on the bridge clip.
