Is it bad for them to just leave them over a speaker when I'm not using them? ...and jamming loudly. Does it effectively "wear them out" Should I be pulling them when they're not being used?

I got this SG at a pawn shop over the summer, after a cleaning, new grover tuners, some reddish speed knobs, schaller straploks, and a Duncan distortion, this has quickly become one of my favorites!
