Distortion+Demon better where? 24.75" mahogany w/FR or 25.5" alder tunamatic?
Please advise, trying to decide where to put a set that's been gathering dust.
Both guitars are bolt-on Eclipses. And yes they have different woods and (somehow) different scale lengths.
ESP: mahogany body, 24.75"...
this
It's pretty decent.
Speaker swaps probably not a good idea since the models are EQ'd to sound right with this one.
The part number, unreadable in the resized pic is "Speaker Number 30777222"
Does it have the "real" (knockoff) circuits for each of the 8 pedals? I know single effect Joyos are decent copies of popular pedals, but does this thing do the job of 8 faithful knockoffs?
Thx
Can anybody link to Amazon stuff they've personally used and would rate 4* or 5*? Really hard to tell what's good, what's bs, and what's downright fake (like precut branded fretwire on Amazon - real or knockoffs?)
Please link to stuff that you've used that left you satisfied. Specifically...

Re: My guitar’s body is too thin, I guess... Suggestions?
Does this illustrate the height difference issue of BW vs. the original pickups?
If so, you cant install that humbucker in that direct mount rout. If it's just shallow but...
Brain freeze kind of day... I can just omit the phase push-pull here from the circuit, right?
Then what do I do with the red and white bridge wires, connect em and tape em off? Also, what the hell do I do with all the bares, ground em or what?
Re: Help I.D. a super strat body
Nope
1) Majority of em are neckthrus
2) ESP boltons use asymmetrical neckplates with shaved heels
3) control cavity shape doesn't exactly scream ESP
4) 3 pots and a blade standard
plan to finally get around to installing a Distortion and Demon I have laying around as a set
Are either any good tapped? What about with a blend pot instead of a switch?
If tapping, master tap? Individual taps? Demon only?
Please advise, thx
From this (already AFTER multiple none too successful wipedowns with alcohol):
....to THIS, in <15 mins, <$10 supplies.
And yes it's dry in pic. Worth posting a Youtube tutorial for?
