I used to live in Burwood[ Old Burwood, they rezoned it into Glen Iris], grew up there and ended up back there. Ive lived inner city in the 70's and 80's. Kew, Richmond, Prahran, Surry Hills and out the back of the Dandenongs.
What part of Nunawadding are you in?

It's a small town in the noth West of the state right in the middle of wheat farming territory. I moved here from Melb. just over six years ago. The main reason , cheap houses. I paid $27.000 for a 2 bedroom weather board with 1/3 of an acre and a big double garage. It's not the sort of place you'd want to be if you were under 40- 45 . or even younger and single. The nearest Traffic lights, 7 eleven, Maccas, Live entertainment etc. are in Horsham. 110 Kms. to Horsham and another 110 Km back.
At my age it doesn't matter much to me. Not much in the way of Musicians around which is a bit of a minus but I've been pretty much just pursuing it for my own enjoment in recent years.
