Guston7, Thanks for the offer. Right now, I am still hanging on to it as it is and switching mags, if the things don't work out, I'll definitely let you know and send the pup your way. I wasn't happy with the Custom first, but after some mag swap, I am getting better results.

I may want to do the hybrid with your Custom. Have you had any takers yet? I have a 59 around that I'm not using. I have made 4 hybrids before, all worked fine. My only problem is the fabric tape doesn't stay as tightly wound on the pickup after it's pulled off. Which Custom do you have, and which magnet would you want in your hybrid?
